Why We Should Care?

Many species have a potential for extinction , and many species have gone extinct in the past while some are on the verge of going extinct.  Although we could not have prevented the extinction of all species, we could have prevented the extinction of some.
Polar bears are in danger of going extinct mainly due to human actions of global warming and climate change. Due to increasing temperatues globally and especailly in the Artic region, the melting of sea ice has made the survival of polar bears tough as polar needs ice to survive and catch prey. Many polar bears are starving and their numbers are declining at a rate that is becoming more and more difficult for humans to control. Primarily due to the human actions polar bears are currently threatened and can go extinct by the end of this century if current greenhouse gas emissions are not controlled. It is wrong not to save polar bears when we have complete knowledge, awareness of the damage we are causing to polar bears. We have the power to make a difference and there is still hope. Action must be taken to prevent this amazing creature from going extinct. If global warming does not come under control then soon many other species can possible become threatened, endangered, or even go extinct. This must stop. Humans have a responsibility  to take care of this planet and ensure that the life that inhabits this planet is not harmed
