Overall i really like the layout of your blog. A few corrections could be made the increase the experience your audience will have when visiting. First, you should go through and proofread to correct any spelling and minor grammatical errors (quick fix!). Second, i would suggest adding another tab such as "current conservation projects" to talk about the current efforts that are underway and possibly address your opinions on each project and how you would design an ideal conservation effort to give it a little more originality.
